A leading FMCG company is looking for a passionate and driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Supply Chain Management.

Job Title: Assistant. Manager
Company: CG Foods (Bangladesh) Ltd.
Location: Anchor Tower, 108 Sonargaon Road, Dhaka 1205. 
Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 BDT 
Office Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Work from the Head office (Dhaka Kawran Bazar)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all procurement activities on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
2. Ensure cost-effective sourcing of products and services to maximize value and efficiency.
3. Oversee timely and accurate product delivery across all relevant business units.
4. Coordinate and follow up on supplier payment disbursements on time.
5. Maintain effective communication with Sales and Marketing teams to align supply with market demand.
6. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and contribute to the organization’s financial performance.
7. Mentor and develop team members by setting achievable goals and guiding them through practical examples of success.
8. Support management in decision-making processes related to supply chain operations.
9. Assist in the execution and follow-up of trade marketing activities.
 
Educational Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Export or a related field.

Skills Required:

1. Strategic Planning, Leadership, Cost control, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operation, Cross Functional Communication, Procurement Management System, Suppliers and Vendor Management.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements :

1. 2–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG).
2. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
