#Key_Responsibilities:
1. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of electrical systems, generators, substations, switchgear, and HVAC facilities across all outlets.
2. Prepare BOQ, project budgets, and cost analysis for new outlet projects and renovation works.
3. Manage approval documents, comparative statements (CS), and work orders for equipment procurement.
4. Monitor electricity consumption, verify utility bills, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
5. Supervise electrical maintenance teams and coordinate daily operational activities.
6. Execute new outlet projects according to design specifications and ensure successful handover.
7. Troubleshoot electrical and HVAC issues to minimize downtime.
8. Coordinate installation, servicing, and maintenance of generators, substations, and switchgear systems.
9. Manage vendor relationships, verify bills, and ensure quality service delivery.
10. Support audit requirements and maintain compliance with organizational and statutory standards.
11. Procure authentic electrical equipment.
12. Basic skills in AutoCAD design.
