Position: – Executive/Sr. Executive Department: Procurement Industry: Textile 🎓 Educational Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline. • MBA will be considered an added advantage. 💼 Experience Requirements: • 3 to 5 years of experience in local procurement, preferably in a textile manufacturing company. • Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in procurement and supply chain management are also encouraged to apply. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: • Execute local procurement activities for engineering items, electrical, mechanical consumables, spare parts, packaging materials, and general items required by the factory. • Collect quotations from vendors and conduct comparative statements (CS) for management approval. • Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other commercial conditions with suppliers. • Develop and maintain a reliable supplier database. • Ensure timely sourcing and procurement to avoid production interruptions. • Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and procurement-related documentation. • Coordinate with user departments, accounts, store, and suppliers for smooth procurement operations. • Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance. • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements. • Maintain procurement records and prepare periodic procurement reports. 🎁 Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Festival bonuses as per company policy. • Provident Fund facilities. • Mobile allowance and other benefits. • Excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.
