We’re Hiring "𝐌&𝐄 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞)" for a Multinational Company!

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Review consultant designs, specifications, and drawings for all M&E systems • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV services across disciplines • Review and approve M&E shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements • Ensure integration of M&E works with architectural and structural elements • Supervise site execution to ensure work complies with approved drawings and specifications • Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of M&E activities • Control BOQs, budgets, and verify contractor billing and measurements • Manage subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality and productivity • Identify and resolve site clashes and technical issues effectively • Ensure compliance with BNBC, safety rules, and authority requirements • Conduct testing, commissioning, system integration, and performance verification • Oversee defect rectification during snag and defect liability periods • Prepare as-built drawings, operation manuals, and handover documentation • Report progress, risks, and challenges to project management regularly 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from any reputed university • Minimum 7 - 12 years of experience in industrial or factory construction projects, with direct experience in M&E systems design • Experience working with international clients or contractors (Korean / Japanese projects preferred) 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Negotiable 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Dhaka, Bangladesh 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲: Interested candidate sends your resume to “hasan.mahmud@ikigaihrbd.com” with the subject line “M&E Engineer (Korean Expatriate)” #IkigaiHR #IkigaiJobs #M&E
