Job Position: Executive-Logistics & Distribution
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
· Educate drivers on defensive driving, safe fleet operation, road safety compliance, and emergency response procedures.
· Conduct regular learning sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for drivers and fleet crews.
· Monitor AI-based video telematics reports and identify unsafe driving behaviors and risk trends.
· Coordinate with fleet supervisors and operations teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented.
· Maintain training records, attendance, evaluation reports, and incident improvement tracking.
· Visit operational sites during field assessments when required.
· Maintain SOPs, training materials, presentations, and safety guidelines related to fleet operations.
Additional Requirements:
· Willingness to travel to operational locations when required.
· Competitive in terms of communication.
