AutoBizz is looking for a Project Manager to help us build better systems, improve project execution, and bring structure to a fast-moving, multi-project environment.
📍 Position Details
Full-time, Remote, hybrid work hours
Experience: 1 - 4 Years
Salary: BDT 35K - 60K (based on experience and capability)
Quarterly performance-based bonus
2 Festival Bonuses annually
Work directly with leadership on international projects
Collaborative, execution-focused work environment

In this role, you'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects move forward smoothly, deadlines stay on track, and communication remains clear across the organization. You'll play a key role in improving workflows, maintaining operational visibility, coordinating teams, and helping us scale our execution processes.
This is not a role for someone who simply tracks tasks. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and can turn complexity into clarity.
