Position: Executive, Supply Chain Management

Location: Tejgaon, Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-Time

Educational Requirements:

BBA in Supply Chain Management

B. Engg. (Industrial & Production Engineering or related disciplines will get preference)

Additional Requirements:

Age: At least 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor material availability and inventory records

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs)

• Ensure timely material availability for production

• Conduct production reconciliation and variance analysis

• Maintain ERP transactions, master data, and databases

• Monitor inventory levels and material ageing

• Coordinate with Sourcing, Production, QA, and Sales teams

• Prepare production, inventory, and material planning reports

Required Skills:

✔ Supply Chain Management

✔ Import Documentation & Letter of Credit (LC)

✔ Inventory Management

✔ Raw Material Planning

✔ Logistics & Shipment Follow-up

✔ ERP Systems

✔ Microsoft Excel

✔ Analytical & Interpersonal Skills
