💰 Salary: BDT 100,000 – 150,000 (Based on Experience)
Are you passionate about building scalable data platforms and transforming raw data into meaningful insights? We are looking for experienced Data Engineers / Senior Data Engineers to join a fast-growing engineering team and contribute to cutting-edge data solutions powering analytics, AI, and business intelligence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines
✅ Design and implement ETL/ELT workflows and data models
✅ Work with data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based platforms
✅ Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and performance
✅ Collaborate closely with Analytics, AI, Product, and Software Engineering teams
✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex data engineering challenges
🔹 Requirements
✔ Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
✔ Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
✔ Hands-on experience building and managing data pipelines
✔ Experience with workflow orchestration tools
✔ Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
✔ Experience with tools such as Airflow, dbt, Spark, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar technologies
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
