Position Title: Trainee Executive – Production

Position Summary:

RFL Group is looking for dynamic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join as Trainee Executive – Production in its Paints business units. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in production, ensuring product excellence and compliance with company standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor paint production processes, including raw material batching, mixing, dispersion, grinding, tinting, and filling operations, as per production plans and SOPs.

• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality standards.

• Identify and report production deviations, equipment malfunctions, process abnormalities, or safety concerns to supervisors for timely corrective actions.

• Maintain accurate production records, batch manufacturing reports, material consumption data, and machine operation logs.

• Coordinate with the Quality Control team to ensure in-process and finished products meet specified quality requirements and customer standards.

• Monitor critical process parameters such as viscosity, color consistency, density, gloss, and drying characteristics during production.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline from any Reputed University.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of paint, coating, plastic or chemical industry will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

• Good communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
