Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager’s in developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements, and allocate resources accordingly
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to clients and internal teams.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and goals to team members.
  • Define and manage project scope, ensuring that project deliverables are on time and within scope.
  • Monitor and control changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet specified requirements.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and validation.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Track and report on project progress against established timelines.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project objectives, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Solicit and incorporate client feedback throughout the project.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and team collaboration using Azure DevOps.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
