Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager’s in developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements, and allocate resources accordingly
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments to clients and internal teams.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Effectively communicate project expectations and goals to team members.
- Define and manage project scope, ensuring that project deliverables are on time and within scope.
- Monitor and control changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and validation.
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Track and report on project progress against established timelines.
- Ensure client satisfaction by meeting project objectives, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
- Solicit and incorporate client feedback throughout the project.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirements, meeting minutes, and other relevant records.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and team collaboration using Azure DevOps.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
