Company: China Railway 16th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (CRCC16) Project Location: Ashulia, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Position: QA/QC Engineer (Civil) Salary Range: BDT 50,000 – 60,000/month (subject to experience and competency) China Railway 16th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (CRCC16) is seeking a qualified and motivated QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to join our construction team at Dhaka-Ashulia Elevated Expressway Project. 1 Key Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed university. • Candidates graduated from public universities will be given preference. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in Roads, Bridges, Flyover, Expressway, or other major infrastructure projects. • Sound knowledge of RHD Specifications, AASHTO Standards, and relevant construction quality requirements. • Proficiency in technical document preparation such as: o Method Statements o Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) o Quality Reports o Material Approval Documents o Non Conformance Reports (NCR), Corrective Action Report (CAR), and Quality Records 2 Key Responsibilities • Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project team to resolve technical and quality-related issues. • Prepare, review, and maintain QA/QC documentation and reports. • Manage NCRs, corrective actions, and follow-up inspections. • Conduct regular quality meetings and provide technical guidance to site engineers and construction staff. • Monitor testing, inspection, and quality control activities for ongoing works. • Support implementation and continuous improvement of the project Quality Management System. 3 Preferred Competencies • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Practical understanding of road, bridge, and structural construction quality control processes. 📩 Interested candidates are requested to send their CV to [mehedi.ruet11@gmail.com] with the subject line: "Application for QA/QC Engineer (Civil)" Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
