Position : Trainee Executive – R&D (Product Development) Employment Type : Full-Time Job Locations: Monipur, Bhabanipur, Gazipur and Joydebpur, Gazipur Educational Requirements B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Textile Technology from a recognized university. Graduates from reputed public universities will receive preference. Strong academic performance throughout the educational career is highly preferred. Experience Requirements Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required. Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in product development activities from concept to sample stage. 2. Support fabric, trims, and garment development processes. 3. Coordinate with merchandising, production, quality, and sourcing teams. 4. Prepare and maintain development-related reports and documentation. 5. Participate in sample evaluation, product analysis, and process improvement initiatives. 6.. Learn and contribute to R&D projects and innovation activities. Compensation & Benefits 1. Salary: BDT 20,000 per month 2. 6-Month Probation Period 3. Yearly Salary Review based on performance 4.
