Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, vision-driven Project Lead to spearhead the launch of our specialized early learning experience. This role requires someone who can transform an idea from concept stage into a fully operational, scalable, and market-ready model.
The Project Lead will take ownership of the overall project development process — including research, curriculum coordination, product/service design, operations setup, team coordination, partnerships, branding alignment, and pilot execution.
This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about children’s development, education innovation, parenting ecosystems, and building impactful initiatives from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of the early learning project from ideation to launch
Create project roadmap, milestones, timelines, and execution plans
Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth implementation
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery
Conduct research on early childhood education, toddler development, Montessori/play-based learning, sensory learning, and parenting needs
Analyze local and global best practices in early learning experiences
Help design age-appropriate learning experiences and engagement models
Work closely with curriculum/content teams and subject experts
Develop engaging learning activities, kits, experiences, or service models for toddlers and parents
Ensure the experience supports Physical, Mental, and Spiritual growth
Support budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and resource planning
Lead pilot launches and market validation initiatives
Identify opportunities for scalability and future expansion
Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Project Management, Child Development, or related fields
Master’s degree is a plus
Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in project management, education, edtech, early childhood programs, product development, or startup operations
Strong leadership and execution capability
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Strong research and problem-solving ability
Ability to work in fast-paced and evolving environments
Experience in building projects from scratch is highly preferred
