Reporting to: Head of HVAC

Location: Head Office, Banani

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HVAC projects from planning to final handover.
• Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Procurement, Finance, and Site Teams for smooth project execution.
• Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities of HVAC systems.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical or operational issues proactively.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local building regulations.
• Manage project costs, billing documentation, variation orders, and budget control activities.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers and ensuring timely material delivery.
• Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of project engineers and site teams.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality assurance and safety compliance.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely execution and effective service delivery.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• PMP or relevant Project Management Certification will be considered an added advantage.
• HVAC-related professional certifications will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading HVAC projects independently.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential HVAC projects.
• Prior experience in an engineering, electronics, or HVAC solutions company will be preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution methodologies, and MEP coordination.
• Excellent understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
• Sound knowledge of local building codes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
