Title: Senior Engineer/Engineer - NOC (Internet)
Digi Jadoo Broadband Limited is a prominent Internet Service Provider (ISP) and digital cable TV provider in Bangladesh. It operates as a sister concern of the Mohammadi Group and serves as one of the country's fastest-growing digital communication and entertainment brands.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow-up Daily activities, supervise subordinate and local team, ensure all the complains and service request attend on time.
2. Prepare report regarding service operation, network performance and ticket status to Manager.
3. Communicating clients through a series of actions either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues.
4. Responding to breakdowns and make expert level investigation of customer issues, identifying their root cause, and correction.
5. Play KAM roll for Distributor and Reseller, and follow-up regular basis their issues and report accordingly.
6. Follow-up IIG, NTTN and own backbone issues, communicate with concern team to resolve the issues.
7. Regular follow-up all aggregation, pop and client capacity and take corrective action or report to the supervisor or concern team.
8. Manage, upgrade, organize and follow-up all Data Centre Equipment’s and report to the concern supervisor.
9. Multi-vendor Routers, Switch, GPON / EPON OLT & ONU configure, installation and troubleshoot.
10. Solution design for Client Network or new service implementation for client.
11. Facilitate training for the Subordinate and training materials.
Educational Requirements:
* B.Sc. in CSE/ICE/ITE/ETE/EEE
* Diploma/Bachelor of Science
Skills Required:
* Computer skills, Problem Solving Skills
Experience Required:
* 2/3 years’ experience in this relevant field.
Additional Requirements:
* Age: 25 to 30 years.
*Proficient in relevant computer applications.
*Verbal and written communication skills.
*Listening skills.
*Problem analysis and problem solving skills.
*Teamwork and able to manage workload.
* Willing to work on roster basis.
