Pathao is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 for the 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺. The incumbent will develop data-driven solutions, provide actionable insights through reports and visualizations, and identify opportunities to improve business decision-making.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼:
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions for the Operations Team
• Generate insightful reports using data applications to improve business processes and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to collect, clean, and analyze data in alignment with business objectives
• Assess business requirements and existing processes, and provide recommendations for effective implementation
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process analysis, report logic, dashboards, and user manuals for stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for development and process improvement to enhance organizational efficiency and profitability
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through written reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Analyze operational and sales data to improve business strategies, including driver acquisition and retention initiatives
• Identify business problems through data analysis and recommend practical, data-backed solutions
• Use analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, and JSON for data extraction, processing, and reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau and Power BI
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting will be considered an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Python and JSON
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Power BI
