Job Overview
Grameenphone Ltd. is seeking recent university graduates from both tech and non-tech majors to join our Nextern Internship Program in various functions across the organization. This program has been redesigned with the concept of interns “learning by doing” at its core, to provide a valuable work experience that will enable the interns to develop their skills, gain exposure to different areas of the organization, and contribute to dedicated projects.

Responsibilities
- Participating in assigned projects & deliverables for the respected team
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deliver project requirements
- Collaborating with the team to identify problems and implement solutions
- Working closely with supervisor on project progress, generating insights & recommendations
- Following established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Education & Skill
- Recent university graduates from tech and non-tech disciplines are eligible to apply
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with digitalization, tech and programming languages is an added advantage
- Java, C/C++, Oracle, My-SQL, Python, Java Script, Linux, etc. (only for internships in Technology)
