BRACNET is Hiring Manager/Senior Manager, Project Management
Job Context
Getting clear understanding of client requirements and style of functioning, to deliver the high-end quality product and services.
Identifying and selecting project team members, along with the learning design team in the kick-off meeting and ensuring that a robust and capable team is built effectively to deliver the project.
Creates project plans including a comprehensive scope, detailed phases of work, and timelines to ensure on-time and successful executions.
Ensure that project members follow best practices, guidelines, procedures, artifacts and meet the standards of organizational process assets.
Perform project estimation for size, effort, and resource requirement.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Define and measure project performance metrices using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate project status to management as needed.
Perform risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders like clients/third parties/vendors.
Ensure project quality and contribute to developing detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Collaborate with cross functional team to determine and establish best practices.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
