𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Engineer in our team. The position requires a strong educational background in engineering, with proven experience in managing factory operations and improving process efficiency.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Lead and manage daily production activities to achieve volume, quality, and efficiency targets.
* Monitor production performance and implement process improvements.
* Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
* Analyze downtime, wastage, and process bottlenecks, and develop corrective action plans.
* Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards.
* Supervise and train production staff to enhance skill levels and productivity.
* Prepare periodic production reports and present performance analysis to management.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
* BSc or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE).
* Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in production management, preferably in a light Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
* Leadership ability with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
