We're Looking For:
✅ 4–5 years of Business Analysis / Software experience
✅ Strong requirement gathering & documentation skills
✅ Experience with Agile, SDLC, and software projects
✅ Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Visio, SQL, and process modeling
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA, and project teams
• Prepare user stories, functional documents, and process flows
• Support UAT and improve software delivery processes
