Job Location: Narayanganj
Salary Range: BDT 1,30,000 – 1,40,000 (Based on experience)
Job Context
We are looking for a strong supply chain professional with hands-on experience in garments accessories operations, capable of managing procurement, inventory, production coordination, and ensuring smooth supply flow across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain: planning, sourcing, procurement & logistics
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure raw material availability
• Develop efficient supply chain strategies to reduce cost and lead time
• Build and maintain strong supplier, vendor & service provider relationships
• Coordinate closely with production, merchandising & quality teams
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and ensure continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company standards and buyer requirements
• Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve operational goals
Requirements
• Must have proven experience in garments accessories (labels, tags, trims, packaging items, etc.)
• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain management within the garment/accessories sector
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, supplier networks, production flow & logistics
• Proficient in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
Compensation & Benefits
• Attractive salary: BDT 1,30,000 – 1,40,000
