Cynergy Limited, a leading solar energy solutions provider in Bangladesh, specializing in rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid solar PV projects for commercial and industrial clients, is looking for a Technical Solution Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager to strengthen our Engineering & Project Development team.
🔹 Position: Technical Solution Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Asst. Manager (Solar & BESS)
🔹 Department: Engineering & Project Development
🔹 Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh (with site visits as required)
What You’ll Do:
1. Design rooftop, ground-mounted, and hybrid solar PV systems
2. Conduct site surveys and prepare layouts, SLDs, and schematics
3. Support technical proposals, feasibility studies & energy yield analysis
4. Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, NEC, and local standards
5. Provide technical support during installation, testing & commissioning
6. Collaborate with business development, procurement & O&M teams
7. Stay updated with emerging solar and energy storage technologies
What We’re Looking For:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Renewable Energy Engineering
2. 2–5 years’ experience in solar PV system design or renewable energy projects
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, SketchUp, Revit (preferred)
4. Strong understanding of solar PV components, grid interconnection & BESS
5. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
6. Willingness to travel to project sites
