Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview: This is a strategic role working closely with the CEO, not a routine coordination position. The Management Coordinator will act as the CEO’s strategic shadow — directly supporting decision-making, business planning, and cross-functional execution. This position provides an exciting opportunity to gain valuable insights into executive leadership and make meaningful contributions to the company’s strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Attend and follow up on meetings, ensuring timely execution of key action points. Attend meetings in the CEO’s absence and provide relevant insights as needed. Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents for the leadership team. Conduct research and analysis to support business planning and performance tracking. Act as the communication bridge between the CEO and department heads. Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure seamless execution. Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and engagements with efficiency and discretion. Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism. Participate in departmental rotations to gain holistic business exposure. Develop leadership capability to drive strategic initiatives in the future.


Requirements Experience- At least 5 years The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Group of Companies
