Location: Niketan, Gulshan, Dhaka (Work at office)
Salary Range: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university
• Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly experienced candidates
Required Experience:
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design or architectural firms
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and interior design plans
• Develop 2D drawings, working drawings, and basic 3D visualizations as required
• Coordinate with senior architects, designers, vendors, and site teams
• Participate in site visits, measurements, and project supervision
• Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation
• Ensure designs comply with client requirements, project timelines, and quality standards
• Support project execution from concept to completion
• Maintain proper documentation and project files
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-Ray will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Compensation & Other Benefits:
• Conveyance Allowance (T/A)
