A renowned company is Hiring CAD or Sample Incharge

We are looking for a competent and experienced “CAD or Sample In charge”. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the RMG sector.

Education: Bachelor’s in relevant area.

Experience: 7 to 10 years in relevant area

Salary: 70K-75K

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and develop CAD patterns based on buyer tech packs and measurements.

• Create size grading and marker planning for sampling and production.

• Coordinate with sample section for timely sample development.

• Ensure samples meet buyer specifications, measurements, and quality standards.

• Analyze fit issues and make necessary pattern corrections.

• Maintain proper documentation of patterns, revisions, and sample approvals.

• Support merchandising and production teams with technical guidance.

• Ensure on-time submission of samples to buyers.

• 

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD software (Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or similar).

• Strong understanding of garment construction and fitting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
