Job Title: 𝐌𝐓𝐎/𝐉𝐫. 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞-𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐧

Location: 𝐊𝐚𝐰𝐫𝐚𝐧 𝐁𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫, 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚.

Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing

1.  Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and purchase order processing.

2.  Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, trims, and accessories.

3.  Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and supplier agreements.

Inventory Management

4.  Monitor stock levels and update inventory systems.

5.  Coordinate with warehouse team for material receipt and dispatch.

6.  Prepare inventory reports and highlight shortages or excess.

Logistics & Distribution

7.  Support in planning transportation and delivery schedules.

8.  Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to production units.

9.  Liaise with transport vendors for cost-effective solutions.

Data Analysis & Reporting

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly supply chain reports.

11. Analyze lead times, cost efficiency, and supplier performance.

12. Assist in implementing ERP or SCM software updates.

Compliance & Documentation

13. Ensure proper documentation for imports/exports and local purchases.

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. BBA/MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field.

2. 1 - 2 years of related experience.

3. Good communication and negotiation ability.

4. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

5. Knowledge of supply chain processes and standards.
