EME Engineer (Electrical–Mechanical–Electronics)

Locations: Gulshan, Banani, Bashundhara R/A, Tejgaon We are looking for skilled and dynamic EME Engineers to join our Facility Management team for existing and upcoming high-rise and commercial projects. Position: EME Engineer Salary: 50,000- 1,00,000 BDT ( Based on experience) Experience Required: 5+Years

List Major Responsibilities:

Electrical Systems •Maintain and troubleshoot HT/LT panels, transformers, distribution boards, and power backup systems (generators, UPS). •Monitor energy consumption and suggest energy-saving measures. •Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and proper load distribution. Mechanical Systems •Operate and maintain HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, compressors, and plumbing networks. •Supervise mechanical installations and ensure regular service as per schedule. •Implement preventive maintenance plans for all mechanical assets. Electronics & BMS •Oversee the functionality of BMS (Building Management System), access control, CCTV, fire alarm system, and public address system. •Ensure uninterrupted operation and quick resolution of faults in electronic monitoring and control systems. Maintenance & Supervision •Prepare and maintain preventive and breakdown maintenance logs. •Diagnose system issues and coordinate repair works. •Manage and coordinate with contractors and service vendors for specialized work. Health, Safety & Compliance •Ensure adherence to building and electrical/mechanical safety regulations. •Support fire safety inspections, emergency drills, and system testing. •Maintain updated documentation of system health, audits, and compliance. Technical Reporting •Submit daily/weekly/monthly technical performance and incident reports. •Recommend improvements for system efficiency and service life extension.

Qualifications: Diploma or B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical / EEE Engineering / Civil Engineering • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience (High-rise/commercial building preferred) • Strong communication skills, especially in English • Expertise in electrical codes, HVAC, BMS & safety compliance • Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting & reporting skills Work Experience: a) Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills b) Excellent documentation and reporting ability c) Proactive and technically sound under pressure d) Strong coordination with technical teams and vendors e) Knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability best practices Interested candidates are encouraged to apply now!
