𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

 


𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

As a Project Coordinator at the Company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget. You will assist Project Managers in coordinating all project activities, tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and supporting teams across disciplines. This role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced engineering/construction environment.

 

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Support Project Managers in planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects

* Develop and maintain project schedules; track progress and milestones, identify delays or risks, and escalate as needed

* Coordinate between internal teams (engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, etc.) and external stakeholders (clients, subcontractors, suppliers)

* Prepare regular status reports, project documentation, and meeting minutes, and ensure records are kept up to date

* Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting project expenditures

* Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle

* Help in risk management: identify potential issues, help develop mitigation plans

* Facilitate procurement of necessary materials, equipment, and services as per project needs

* Organize and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion

 

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

* BSc in Mechanical Engineering

* Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the Construction/Heavy Engineering/Infrastructure Projects

* Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla

* Competency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar) and standard MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes
