Responsibilities & Context
Work in a roster to cover 3 shifts per day, ensuring 24x7 service delivery.
Maintain 24x7 communication with the top 20 ISP clients via live chat and other tools.
Collaborate with O&M teams to provide real-time fault resolution updates to clients.
Proactively deliver effective updates to clients to make them feel valued.
Follow the internal escalation matrix for faster fault restoration.
Log accurate complaint details using systems and tools efficiently.
Prioritize client satisfaction during all the communications.
