∆ 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• MBA from a recognized university
• Strong expertise in Commercial Operations, Export–Import Management, and Documentation
• Minimum 13 years of relevant experience
• Must have experience in Garments and Textile industries
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of export/import regulations, compliance, and international trade processes
∆ 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Lead and manage the Commercial & Export–Import Department efficiently
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the export/import team, ensuring compliance and smooth operations
• Review and update export procedures according to new rules and international standards
• Oversee all logistics activities for a 100% export-oriented textile unit
• Monitor, prepare, and manage export documentation with banks, buyers, and regulatory bodies
• Review Export L/Cs and sales contracts; recommend corrections or amendments when required
• Ensure timely preparation, submission, and negotiation of all export documents
• Follow up with buyers, banks, and marketing teams for party acceptance, bank acceptance, and bill realization
• Maintain liaison with Customs, Bond Office, Bond Audit, Bonded Warehouse, EPB, BTMA, BIDA (BOI), Banks, and Customs House
• Take part in strategic process improvements and ensure full compliance in commercial operations
∆ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:
• Salary range: BDT 170,000 – 200,000.
• Additional benefits as per company policy.
