Bondstein Technologies Ltd. is looking for an experienced Principal Software Engineer to lead a team of 50+ talented engineers across Backend, Frontend, Mobile, Infrastructure, Database, QA, and DevOps. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building and scaling IoT, Enterprise, AI-powered, and global technology solutions.
🔹 Lead architecture and technology strategy for high-impact platforms
🔹 Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices
🔹 Mentor and develop future technology leaders
🔹 Collaborate across business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
You'll be working on systems powering:
✅ 50,000+ IoT devices generating ~900 million monthly I/O transactions
✅ Identity management solutions for a leading global government agency
✅ Banking infrastructure serving 800,000+ daily active users
✅ Large-scale enterprise platforms across fintech, transportation, security, and smart systems
📍 Location: Bondstein HQ (Runner Tower), Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka
🕘 Work Arrangement: On-site | Sunday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Salary: BDT 180,000 – 210,000/month + Incentives
