We are seeking Assistant Manager, Supply Chain – Yarn Sourcing for reputed RMG Industry. Who lead end-to-end material planning, sourcing, and supply chain execution aligned with production and Time & Action (T&A) plans. The role is responsible for ensuring On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery, cost optimization, compliance with certification standards, and seamless cross-functional coordination across departments.

Experience: 5-8 Years experience Yarn Procurement in RMG Industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations aligned with production plans and T&A to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Drive proactive planning to mitigate risks related to material shortages, delays, and supply disruptions.
• Ensure timely availability of yarn, greige fabric, dyes, and chemicals for development and bulk production.
• Coordinate closely with Knitting, Dyeing, R&D, Stores, Commercial, and Sales teams for smooth execution.
• Manage sourcing activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and subcontracting oversight.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality, compliance, and supplier performance standards.
• Ensure ERP data accuracy, improve reporting visibility, and maintain audit-ready compliance documentation (TC standards).
• Optimize inventory levels, monitor GAP analysis, and ensure efficient procurement processes and financial coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration from any reputed
• Relevant experience in yarn sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or textile manufacturing.
