Team Leader (Assistant Manager), Power Generator Sales
Requirements Education:
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics or equivalent from any reputed public or private university recognized by UGC.
Experience:
7 to 9 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)
Additional Requirements :
* Age 40 to 54 years
* Minimum 7-9 years of experience in generator or industrial equipment sales
* At least 5 years of team handling experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Sound knowledge of Diesel/Gas power generators
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
Responsibilities & Context
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Plan and execute sales strategies for power generator products
Assign sales targets and monitor individual and team performance Develop new clients and maintain relationships with key customers Assist team members in negotiations and closing deals
Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Train and guide sales executives on product knowledge and sales techniques Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis
Coordinate with technical and service teams for smooth delivery and after-sales support
