Bevy Commerce is looking for a dynamo 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫 (𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐤) to join our engineering team.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐆𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞:

 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote (Full-Time, 40+ hours/week)

 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: BDT 80,000 - 150,000+ (We always value top talent and are      ready to stretch our budget for the right fit!)

 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5+ years of professional full-stack experience with a track record of leading features or small squads.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 (𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬):

◉ End-to-End Ownership: Translate business needs into robust, high-performance features, iterating rapidly based on user feedback.

◉ Backend Architecture: Design scalable, type-safe APIs using Express.js / NestJS, optimizing complex data models across PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB.

◉ Frontend Excellence: Turn complex UI/UX designs into responsive, SEO-friendly web pages using React and Next.js.

◉ Security & Testing: Implement rigorous data encryption and OWASP Top 10 guidelines. Write clean, modular code optimized for E2E, unit, and integration testing.

◉ DevOps & Performance: Own containerization with Docker, maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins), and eliminate frontend/backend bottlenecks.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

◉ Core Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js) and advanced TypeScript.

◉ Frontend Must-Haves: Professional experience with Next.js and modern state management (Zustand, Redux, or TanStack Query).

◉ Backend Must-Haves: Proven experience with message queues/Pub-Sub (BullMQ, RabbitMQ, Redis, or Kafka) and relational schema design.

◉ AI-Assisted Velocity: Comfort using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot to accelerate coding, while maintaining 100% accountability for every line committed.

◉ Nice-to-Haves: NestJS, GraphQL, Serverless, or experience in e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify/WooCommerce).
