Job Responsibilities: Source quotes from suppliers, create purchase orders, and maintain vendor documents. Monitor inventory levels, evaluate stock, and forecast future needs. Coordinate and ensure end-to-end product deliveries to the user end. Assist in collecting and analyzing supply chain data to prepare performance reports. Participate in vendor and product development initiatives. Provide administrative support and maintain accurate documentation for all supply chain activities. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safe material handling, storage optimization, and space utilization. Collaborate with procurement teams to align material arrivals with production schedules or operational demands. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration (BBA/MBA), or a related discipline. Experience Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or inventory control. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Additional Requirements: Expertise in planning, forecasting, and budget management. Strong knowledge of inventory management. Excellent negotiation skills with a positive, proactive attitude. Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data. Willing to travel as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Flexibility to adjust working hours occasionally to accommodate urgent and emergency distributions. High willingness to travel to support multiple branches and external facilities.
