Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Salary Range: BDT 30,000 – 40,000 per month


Job Summary

The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors, and providing administrative support to management and employees.


Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office administration and ensure a well-organized work environment. 

• Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities. 

• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and support services. 

• Handle office utility bills, lease-related documentation, and administrative records. 

• Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and logistics for employees and visitors as required. 

• Support meeting arrangements, conference room management, and event coordination. 

• Maintain employee attendance records and provide administrative support to HR functions when necessary. 

• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record-keeping of administrative documents. 

• Monitor office equipment and coordinate repairs and maintenance. 

• Assist in implementing company administrative policies and procedures. 

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security requirements within the office premises. 

• Prepare administrative reports and other documents as assigned by management. 

• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor or management. 


Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline. 

• Additional training or certification in Administration will be considered an advantage. 


Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Administration, Office Management, or a similar role. 

• Experience in a multinational company environment will be preferred. 


Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Good organizational and time-management abilities. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. 

• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. 

• Professional attitude and customer-service orientation. 

• Good command of both English and Bengali (written and verbal).
