Cynergy is expanding its Business Development team! We are looking for dynamic, target-driven professionals with strong experience in Solar EPC and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence across Bangladesh.
If you have a proven track record in sales, client acquisition, team leadership, and a solid understanding of the solar & renewable energy sector — this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies for C&I and Government sectors
2. Lead and mentor the BD team
3. Build strong client relationships and close high-value deals
4. Monitor market trends, competitors, and government policies in renewable energy
Location: Dhaka (with frequent travel across Bangladesh)
Experience: 3–5+ years in Business Development / Sales (Solar EPC / Renewable Energy preferred)
