・Shift Schedule:

       Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

       Night Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

AutoCAD Designer Requirements (Vacancy: 07):

1. Graduation in Architecture / Architectural Technology from a reputable institution.

2. Strong knowledge of conceptual planning and architectural design.

3. Good understanding of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.

4. Knowledge of detailing and technical specifications.

5. Familiarity with BNBC and IRC code systems.

Structural Designer Requirements (Vacancy: 05):

1. Graduation in Structural Engineering from a reputable institution.

2. Strong knowledge of structural design, analysis, and report preparation according to IBC codes.

3. Good understanding of wood structure design and calculations.

4. Ability to prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

Electrical Engineer  Requirements (Vacancy: 02):

1. Graduation in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) from a reputable institution.

2. Advanced proficiency in Revit MEP for electrical modeling and DIALux Evo for lighting simulation and report preparation.

3. Ability to perform photometric calculations, determine Lux levels, and select suitable fixtures for commercial projects.

4. Strong knowledge of load calculations, circuit routing, panel board scheduling, and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).

5. Practical understanding of international standards such as IEC, NEC, or BS 7671.

6. Capability to prepare professional electrical layouts, lighting reports, and technical specifications.
