upcoming 6-month Apprenticeship / Internship Program, Starting on 2 May 2026.

We are planning to recruit 6 - 8 Apprentices / Interns (FCFS based) This program is designed for #serious, #disciplined, and #growth-oriented individuals who want practical #exposure, real #operational #learning, and long-term #professional #development. Please note that this is not a purely desk-based #opportunity. Most roles will involve #extensive field visits and limited chair-and-table-based work. Depending on operational needs, a single person may be assigned to multiple responsibilities. #Eligibility Graduate students/graduates/Diploma graduates #Functional Areas to attach Project Management / Implementation Business Development System Design, Drawing Price Offer Preparation Project Sales team Electrical System Testing and Annual Inspection Sustainability Works (iREC, Carbon Trading, GHG emission reporting) Energy Assessment and Energy Saving Solutions Accounts Support HR Support Staff Administrative & Operational Work Support Program Terms Duration: 6 months Start date: 2 May 2026 * No monthly stipend during the first 6 months * Food cost will be subsidized * Office activity-related expenses will be covered * Transportation cost to and from office will not be covered Post-program opportunity Candidates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for recruitment. Selected candidates may receive an onboarding stipend of BDT 40,000. Certificate A certificate will be issued to all the 'Apprentices/Interns' who complete the six-month program.
