Ranks Petroleum Ltd (Shell Lubricant) is looking for "Executive-Supply Chain"
Job Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience, Freshers are also encouraged to apply
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university, Preferably in Supply Chain Management
Core Responsibilities:
· Process purchase orders through system (e.g., Shell Markethub) and ensure timely follow-up
· Verify Proforma Invoices (PFI) and coordinate corrections with suppliers when required
· Prepare LC documents and coordinate with banks for LC opening and transmission
· Share LC copies with stakeholders and follow up for timely production initiation
· Manage shipment document tracking and ensure timely collection of import shipping documents from banks
· Coordinate with C&F agents for customs clearance, assessment, and duty/tax payments
· Support delivery planning and ensure smooth goods receiving with logistics and warehouse teams
· Maintain ERP entries including LC data, GRN, VAT posting entries, insurance, and costing updates
· Record damage/leakage and ensure accurate product availability in system
· Managing insurance claim and ensuring timely settlement of insurance claims.
· Verify vendor invoices and follow up import supplier payments with finance team
· Maintain and update OFR (Order Fulfilment Report), shipment tracking reports, and LC documentation
· Processing C&F, freight forwarder and marine insurance bills.
