We’re Hiring: Head of Engineering. RSGT Chittagong is looking for a highly experienced and driven Head of Engineering to lead our technical services and maintenance operations in Chattogram.
This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring asset reliability, operational excellence, and safety across terminal equipment and infrastructure. You will play a key role in maintenance planning, breakdown management, inventory control, and aligning local operations with Group technical strategies.
🔍 Ideal profile: ✔️ 10+ years of experience in international terminal, asset maintenance, or technical services (ports, logistics, or heavy industry preferred) ✔️ Strong expertise in terminal equipment, predictive maintenance, and CMMS ✔️ Proven leadership in managing technical teams and OEM partners ✔️ Solid focus on safety, compliance, and performance improvement ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field 📍 Location: Chattogram 🕒 Role type: Field & Office based If you’re ready to take on a leadership role that shapes the backbone of terminal operations, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
