The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement processes, vendor development, cost optimization, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
🎯 𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
*Support budgeting and costing by collecting and analyzing raw material prices
*Process purchase requisitions (RFQ, comparative statements, PO issuance, etc.)
*Ensure timely procurement of local materials
*Coordinate logistics support for smooth project execution
*Manage installation manpower coordination where required
Minimize material costs through effective negotiation and sourcing strategies
*Ensure timely Bill & IoU adjustments in coordination with Finance & Accounts
*Maintain strong communication and follow-up with cross-functional teams
*Develop and maintain vendor relationships (SRM) and ensure material availability
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor’s of Engineering degree in EEE
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain (similar industry)
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good understanding of costing, logistics, and procurement processes
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
