SOLAR HOME CO. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated "Senior Engineer – Application (Solar & BESS)" to lead the engineering, execution, and commissioning of commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop solar photovoltaic systems integrated with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). The role involves end-to-end EPC responsibilities, ensuring technical accuracy, safety compliance, and on-time project delivery.

Responsibilities: ✅Lead site surveys, feasibility assessments, and structural evaluations for rooftop installations. ✅Design C&I rooftop solar PV systems and hybrid solar–BESS solutions. ✅Prepare system layouts, SLDs, string sizing, cable sizing, protection coordination, and earthing designs. ✅Develop BOQs, equipment specifications, and technical datasheets. ✅Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV, inverters, BESS, and protection systems. ✅Coordinate with civil, electrical, and commissioning teams during EPC execution. ✅Ensure integration of BESS with solar inverters, EMS, and grid systems. ✅Support the engineering team in technical analysis, problem-solving, and quality assurance. ✅Perform energy yield analysis using PVsyst and prepare technical proposals.
