Department Generator Service
Position: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Salary Range = 65000-75000 Experience: Minimum 08 years
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed bills of quantity (BOQ) and cost estimates for panel construction, wiring, generator installation, synchronization, and commissioning.
• Understanding of three-phase systems, control wiring, AVR, ACB, CT/VT, and synchronization panels
• Strong knowledge of SLD design and control schematics for generator-synchronization and switchgear systems.generator synchronization
• Manage panel wiring execution, ensuring compliance with design, standards, and cost targets.
• Hands-on experience installing, wiring, and commissioning LV/MV switchgear and synchronization panels in commercial or industrial.
• Practical experience synchronizing generators (DG to DG/utility), in both manual and auto modes.
• Conduct installation, testing, commissioning, and load-testing of gensets and panels.
• Coordinate final handover, documenting as-built drawings, commissioning logs, test reports, and certification.
• Experienced in engine overhaul and rebuild (top-end or major overhaul) as required, including disassembly, inspection, replacement of worn components (e.g., pistons, bearings, gaskets, seals), reassembly, calibration, and testing.
Education & Professional Qualifications:
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Power or a closely related technical field or
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university
