Responsibilities & Context
Co-Ordinate with sales & Customer to collect garments sample.
Issue GCR & Data Sheet (DS)
In case of No good GCR, notice to sales, as well as customer and explain how to rectify.
If necessary, visit to customer to explain our SOP for secure button attachment and customer understanding.
Update GCR management file.
Return one pc garments sample to customer along with GCR & DS for follow up bulk and keep one pc for our record.
Button attaching machine service at warehouse.
Issue service report.
