Right now we are looking for Sr. GM - Head of Sales (Real Estate Experience Only) under the Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

♦ Age 40 to 48 years

♦ 18 𝐭𝐨 20 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 — 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆

♦ Must have practical experience working in a real estate company.

♦ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

♦ Candidates must have a good and professional appearance and articulate ability in a polite manner.

♦ Excellent communication, negotiation, tactical, analytical and interpersonal skills.

♦Ability to organise multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.

♦Only those who have experience in apartments & land sales can apply.
