Philip Morris International is Hiring Maintenance Planner

What We Do:

• Loss Elimination & Continuous Improvement: Drive machine performance through planned and unplanned downtime reduction.
• Maintenance Planning & Scheduling: Lead scheduling, prioritize work orders, and develop annual maintenance plans.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to sustainability, safety, and quality standards (IMS, QMS, PMI policies).
• Capability Building: Coach and train teams in technical mastery and problem-solving.
• Daily Management Systems (DMS): Own breakdown elimination and maintenance planning systems; conduct health checks and implement countermeasures.

 

 

What You Need to Have:

 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technical High School equivalent
• Experience:
• 3+ years in manufacturing with strong maintenance planning experience
• Exposure to people coordination/management is an asset
• Skills: Technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset
• Languages: Local language required; English is an asset

Work Schedule and Location:

 

• Generally Sundays to Thursdays, full-time on-site work arrangement, with plant facility based outside Dhaka (60 kms. from the city center or in Narayangonj)
