A reputed Automobile & Group of Companies is looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Operations to lead automobile operations, transport management, workshop activities, and sales performance.

🔹 Educational Requirement:
✔ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

🔹 Experience Required:
✔ 8 – 12 years of experience
✔ Must have experience in Automobile / Group of Companies sector

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Drive automobile sales & marketing strategy to achieve yearly targets
✅ Ensure profitability and market growth of vehicle sales operations
✅ Analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities
✅ Oversee workshop operations, maintenance activities, and spare parts management
✅ Ensure preventive & breakdown maintenance for operational efficiency
✅ Handle transport operations, trip scheduling, fuel monitoring, and vehicle safety
✅ Manage driver recruitment, training, and operational compliance
✅ Ensure compliance with BRTA regulations, registration, fitness, tax, insurance, and route permits
✅ Coordinate with Government authorities, BRTA, and Police regarding transport operations
✅ Monitor inventory control, purchase requisitions, and workshop safety standards
