About the Role

This role supports the digital transformation of Bangladesh’s land administration system through data verification, validation, stakeholder coordination, and field-level data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support field-level data entry, verification, and management activities
• Assist in supervising data enumerators and field operations
• Validate Holding, Khatian, NID, and mobile number data
• Monitor integration of tax, mutation, and land record systems
• Conduct data audits and reconciliation activities
• Identify operational and technical issues and recommend solutions
• Coordinate with government offices, vendors, and technical teams
• Support outreach and community engagement initiatives
• Prepare reports, updates, and implementation documentation
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and capacity-building activities

Project Focus Areas

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Statistics, Social Science, or related field preferred
• 4-7 years of relevant experience in data management or IT support
• Experience in large-scale data digitalization projects preferred
• Knowledge of database systems and MS Office applications
• Understanding of GIS or geospatial data is advantageous
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
• Ability to work with field teams and government stakeholders
• Fluency in English and Bangla
