Position: Production Manager
Location: Dhamrai Factory
Job Responsibilities-
-Monitor daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved as per plan
-Ensure desired product quality through effective process monitoring and improvement initiatives
-Control wastage, improve recovery, and optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
-Maintain SOP compliance, 5S housekeeping, floor discipline, and asset utilization
-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production, productivity, wastage, and OEE
-Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions
-Coordinate with Engineering and other departments regarding maintenance, material planning, and development work
-Monitor line performance, labor variance, and continuous improvement activities
-Support audit preparation, SAP management, safety awareness, budgeting, and team development
-Ensure implementation of productivity and efficiency improvement projects
Requirements-
-B.Sc. in IPE/EEE/Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university
-8–10 years of experience in a production role (FMCG experience preferred)
-Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-Sound knowledge of production planning, process improvement, and factory operations
